We offer SaaS (Software as a Service) technology solutions in the following areas: GRC (Governance, Risk, & Compliance); ERM (Enterprise Risk Management); SOX Compliance; & the Internal Audit function.  Our core technology offering (ComplianceTool™) is based on our Internet applications platform that has been in development since 2000 with live client applications in place since June 2001.  The original technology application offering enabled "C" level executives within large organizations the ability to monitor real-time their ongoing corporate goals, strategies, and action plans via the Internet.

With the passing of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 With the passing of the 2002 Sarbanes-Oxley Act legislation, our development efforts were redirected into the compliance area in 2002 at the direction of one of the "Big 4" accounting firms.  Being a compliance technology firm, our business model evolved into aligning with service provider firms (accounting and consulting firms) that provided compliance (SOX) consulting services in order to serve our Clients needs.  We continue to add to our list of service provider firms that deliver experienced engagement compliance consulting services in support of our Client requests.  ComplianceTool™ is a complete compliance technology offering which enables Client Companies to run their compliance engagements internally if they so chose to without outside consulting assistance.
